Cranberry Sauce

I love cranberries and love cooking with my Young Living Essential Oils. I am always substituting with my essential oils whenever possible. I found this Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce recipe, yummy, adjusted it as follows: 
15 drops Young Living Orange Essential Oil
4 drops Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
with 2 cups white sugar
Once the oils have been mixed with the sugar add:
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup orange juice
Bring this mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes uncovered, stirring often.
Add 3 cups cranberries
Increase heat to medium-high and boil for about 10 minutes or until the cranberries have popped and a small spoonful of sauce sets on a cold plate.
Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon brandy.
This mixture yields approximately 4 cups and it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
